• When you try to open a process app that has tracks in the web
  Process Designer from Workflow Center, you get following error
  message:
  
  CWTBG0737E: An error has occurred on the server. Please ask your

Local fix

• Use IBM Process Center instead of Workflow Center to open the
  process app in the web Process Designer.
  

Problem summary

• This issue happens when the snapshot used to create the track is
   deleted, such as when base_snapshot_id in lsw_branch is missing
   from the lsw_snapshot table.
