APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is performing BATCH CONVERT processing using an ARCHIVE
  file which has not been registered in Optim directory.
  He receives an error of:
  
  *** ERROR *** NO DIRECTORY ENTRY FOR ARCHIVE
  
  and the process terminates.

Problem conclusion

• Optim processing will be changed to allow for use of
  unregistered ARCHIVE files in BATCH CONVERT processing.
  A new message: "UNREGISTERED ARCHIVE FILE hlq.mlq.llq USED IN
  THIS PROCESS" will be issued in such scenarios.
