Troubleshooting
Problem
After installing Infosphere Information Server 11.7.1 Fixpack 1, when a user navigates to the Quality tab in Information Governance Catalog New, Information Analyzer workspaces are not seen and an error is thrown :
Symptom
Websphere Application Server "SystemOut.log" reports an error :
Caused by: java.rmi.RemoteException: Asset metadata search failed!!; nested exception is:
com.ibm.iis.solr.search.exception.SearchException: The action cannot be completed because of authentication errors while accessing Solr service. Fix underlying problems and perform the action again.
