PH28225: WRONG WHERE CLAUSE EVALUATION IF COMPARISON BETWEEN STRING CONSTANT AND COLUMN WITH FIELDPROC

Error description

• A logical unload with a WHERE clause, run in native mode, does
  not unload the expected rows. This can occur if a predicate of
  the WHERE clause, different from the LIKE predicate, requires
  the comparison of a string constant and a string column encoded
  by a FIELDPROC.
  
  This is due to the fact that Db2 HPU compares the constant and
  the decoded value of the column with FIELDPROC instead of
  comparing the encoded value of the constant with the encoded
  value of the column.
  

Local fix

• if applicable, consider running the unload in SQL mode by
  specifying the DB2 FORCE option.
