Question
I executed "itncm.sh start" to start Netcool Configuration Manager (NCM).
While the Worker and Compliance servers were started, the GUI server failed to start.
When I checked the JazzSM's startServer.log, I found the following error:
[5/11/20 11:00:10:616 IST] 00000001 AdminTool A ADMU3011E: Server launched but failed initialization. Server logs, startServer.log, and other log files under /opt/IBM/tivoli/netcool/IBM/JazzSM/profile/logs/server1 should contain failure information.
