Problem
This technote explains how to fix overlapping text fields when using the web or Eclipse RCP client to run reports in IBM Rational ClearQuest 7.1.
Symptom
Data-push reports display unexpected formatting when run on ClearQuest Web and the Eclipse RCP client. Both of these clients in ClearQuest 7.1 use the Crystal Reports Java Runtime Component (JRC). The fields appear to have an overlap, overlay, or run-on with other fields.
This behavior might not have been observed with the same report on previous versions of ClearQuest.
