  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Invalid DWARF data generated by the     *
  *                      compiler.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The compiler was generating incorrect DWARF data for UPSI
  switches and this could cause problems when debugging the
  program with IBM Debug Tool.

• The compiler was updated to generate correct DWARF debug data
  for UPSI switches.
