  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements         *
  *                      to support the following Db2 12         *
  *                      features:                               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      (1) The REGISTER option for the         *
  *                      UNLOAD and RUNSTATS utilities           *
  *                                                              *
  *                      (2) Fast index traversal                *
  ****************************************************************
  (1) The REGISTER option was added
  to the following panels:
  ADB2USU 'Specify Utility Options - UNLOAD'
  ADB2USRA 'Specify Utility Options - RUNSTATS'.
  
  The following new CM batch parameters were also added:
  'Util_runstats_shrlevel_change_register'
  'Util_unload_shrlevel_change_register'
  
  (2) A new option "2I - Manage fast index traversal" was
  added to panel ADB2Z 'System Administration'. This option
  displays statistics about the current amount of memory
  that is used for fast index traversal and provides the ability
  to display and update SYSINDEXCONTROL catalog table records.
