IJ26342: TSCHCARRIER HITS SEGMENTATION FAULT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It is not recommended to run ts* commands directly... but
  if tschcarrier --replace is run with incorrect arguments,
  it causes daemon to hit a segmentaion fault.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• If incorrect arguments
  are passed to tschcarrier a cleanup
  routine trys to remove some in-memory
  objects which are not created and
  this leads to a segmentation fault.
  

Problem conclusion

• Benefits of the solution:
  This fix prevents segmentation
  fault from occurring
  when tschcarrier is called without arguments.
  Work around: NA
