Saving a RCR controlled module results in unexpected RCs being created for objects that have not been modified

Troubleshooting


Problem

When you save a module under a RCR, unexpected RCs are created for objects that are not modified.

Symptom

Symptom 1: RCs are created for those objects that are not modified
For example, you only modified the Object Text of object 4828 under RCR 1171 and then saved the module.
The following were displayed.
Note: there were RCs for objects other than 4828.

Symptom 2: All new RCRs for this module exhibit this behavior
 After you create a new RCR for the same module, modifying and then saving the module creates unexpected RCs for objects that are not modified.
