Error description
In IBM EWM 7.0.0 and 7.0.1 when running BLZADDTB, the z/os EWM addTables, returns errors about RACF permission failures. These errors happen with the method TEMPLATE PATTERN for the REORG is hard coded as &SS..JAZZ.T&HO.&MI.&SC..&DB..&TS..&UQ. Some indices that are required will not be added if RACF permission is not valid for the user running the job. AddTables fails because it cannot allocate the dataset with the appropriate high level qualifier.
