Error description

• FTM is passing a value of "n/a" to TCH as the Cancellation
  Status Identification during an Accept and Return via the TCH
  rail.  It appears that TCH has an issue with '/'.  Removing

  The partial request for return of fund is working fine with
  Simulator but failing with TCH testing.
  
  The full amount request for return of fund is working fine.
  
  
  Testing step:
  
  
  1. Incoming pacs.008 from TCH.
  
  2. Request for return of fund from TCH camt.56.
  
  3. From the DP screen modify the total amount to a lesser amount
  and do the request for return of fund.
  
    The operator command we received from DP in OAC screen having
  a value 'n/a' in  CancellationStatusIdentification.

  4. The camt.29 message going out to TCH has the same n/a value
  populated in <CxlStsId>n/a</CxlStsId> and failing in TCH end.
