PH26017: INCORRECT DATA FOR EMPTY VARGRAPHIC FIELD IN SQL MODE

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The data unloaded for an empty VARGRAPHIC data (its length
  equals to 0) is incorrect if the unload is run in SQL mode.
  If the FORMAT CSV of the UNLOAD PLUS syntax is requested, the
  expected Shit-in (SI) and Shift-out (SO) characters sequence
  (i.e. 0E0F) is missing.
  If the native Db2 HPU syntax FORMAT DELIMITED is requested and
  DELIMITEDGRAPHEXT(YES) is specified for VUU030/ULOPTNS, the
  expected Shit-in (SI) and Shift-out (SO) characters sequence
  (i.e. OEOF= is present but an undesirable bytes "FEFE" is added.
  The field contains 7F0EFEFE0F7F.
  

Local fix

• if applicable, run the unload in native mode by specifying the
  DB2 NO option.
