Problem
The ORACLE JDBC driver includes optional JAR files including xmlparserv2.
If this is copied into <cognos>\drivers, it will cause failures in other Java libraries used by Cognos Analytics.
If this is copied into <cognos>\drivers, it will cause failures in other Java libraries used by Cognos Analytics.
Symptom
Cognos Analytics will fail to start correctly.
