Troubleshooting
Problem
We just installed Transformer 11 and we are trying to save Cognos Configuration. This error occurs: CAM-CRP-1064 Unable to process the PKCS #7 data because of an internal error. Reason: java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal key size or default parameters. The parameter named 'User ID and password' located in 'Planning Store' is currently invalid.
Note that we do not use Planning. We are using Transformer 11 with Cognos Analytics 11.1.x. How can we resolve this error?
