Troubleshooting
Problem
When you run the AddTenant script to build the tenant database for Business Automation Content Analyzer, you observe a warning in the listing:
SQL2036N The path for the file, named pipe, or device
"/root/ACA/configuration-ha/DB2/CSVFiles/object_type.csv" is not valid.
For long path names, SQL displays only the first part of the path in the message.
Symptom
If this issue occurs and is not corrected, users get messages that expected data was not found, or a screen waits indefinitely for data to be returned.
For example, selecting the Object Type page returns a message stating that no object types were found.
Cause
The script must be run as a user with full permissions for the database and for the files and folders that need to be accessed. This issue occurs when the user does not have sufficient permissions to access the files used as part of the tenant database installation.
For more information about installing the tenant database, see Initializing the Tenant database.
Resolving The Problem
Reinstall the tenant database with a user that has full permissions to the files and folders. If the folders are installed in a restricted area, it might be necessary to copy the DB2 folder and subfolders to a more accessible area.
