Problem

When trying to install a new patch from Central Manager or Stand-Alone unit you get the below output

Install item 1 
Patch signature verification failed 
SqlGuard-10.0p11001_Upgrade_to_Version_11_Sep_2019.tgz.enc.sig NOT in the AVAILABLE_PATCH
