Service NOW integration is showing a JSON error when clicking on "Test Connection"

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users are not able to add a "Service Now" account due to JSON error.

Symptom

When we try to test the connection, we get the following error and Guardium® kicks us out:
- Put your Service Now credentials and then click "Test connection"
