Error description

• This APAR fixes the following DBRF problems;
  - In the Segment prefix panel, DBRF does not display the
  Tgt-SC and Tgt-DG of PCF and PCL pointers displayed below a PP
  pointer.
   - You cannot follow a PCF or PCL pointer displayed below a PP
  pointer in the Segment prefix panel when the PCF or PCL pointer
  points to a segment in other DSG.

  This APAR fixes the following problems when DBRF processes a HD
  database with logical relationships or secondary indexes:
   - In the Segment prefix panel, DBRF does not display the target
     segment code in the Tgt-SC fields and the target data set
     group number in the Tgt-DG fields for PCF and PCL pointers
     that are displayed below a PP pointer.
   - In the Segment prefix panel, DBRF cannot display the Segment
     prefix panel by following a PCF or PCL pointer that is
     displayed below a PP pointer when the PCF or PCL pointer
     points to a segment in other DSG.
