Error description

• This APAR is forwardfit of HPIC V4.1 PM11739.  HPIC uses
  incorrect blocking factor for overflow data set of HISAM and
  S-Index, when using FASTIC=( ,DUMP) and IC process under IPR or
  DB Reorg Expert. As the result, output IC record is incorrect.

  This APAR includes following APAR fix from IMS High Performance
  Image Copy for z/OS version 4 release 1:
  
  PM11739 fixes following problem:
    HP Image Copy terminates with RC=00 but creates the incorrect
    image copy data set for the overflow data set of HISAM or
    SINDEX when one of the following running process:
  
    - FASTIC=(,DUMP)
    - Type-A process of IMS Parallel Reorganization or
      IMS Reorganization Expert
    - Image copy process under IMS Database Recovery Facility
  
    The cause of the problem is that HP Image Copy calculates the
    value of the blocking factor for database record by incorrect
    method when processing the overflow data set for HISAM or
    SINDEX.
    As a result, the created image copy data set is incorrect and
    can not be used for the database recovery.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJFCDN, FABJDRQS and FABJDPUT have been modified to calculate
  the correct blocking factor for the overflow data set of HISAM
  or SINDEX.
  
  FABJFCD9, FABJFCDA and FABJFCDB have been reassembled.
