PM25384: HPIC UNDER FPS WITH CHECKPOINT RESTART OPTION DOES NOT CREATE IC

Error description

• HPIC V42 APAR/PTF (PM23241/UK61578) provides Checkpoint Restart
  function under FPA of FP Solution Pack. However with this APAR,
  HPIC does not create image copies in restart processing when
  error occurred in Unload processing of FPA.

  After applying APAR PM23241, when Checkpoint Restart
  capabilities are available under IMS Fast Path Advanced Tool in
  IMS HP Fast Path Utilities with HP Image Copy, HP Image Copy can
  not create image copy in restart processing. This problem comes
  out when the cause of restart is some kind of error in IMS Fast
  Path Advanced Tool. For example, the error is open error,
  pointer error and so on in unload function of IMS Fast Path
  Advanced Tool.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJIPRC, FABJXCR and FABUITCT have been modified to create
  image copy in restart processing under IMS Fast Path Advanced
  Tool.
