  Create Image Copy (CRC) function of IMS HP Image Copy terminates
  with ABEND S013 ( ABEND013 ) when using input image copy data
  set that is created with Large Block Interface (LBI).  IMS HP
  Image Copy does not set BLKSIZE=0 in OS control block for
  input image copy data set that is created with LBI.
  

Problem conclusion

• Copy Image Copy function process sets BLKSIZE=0 for using
  input image copy data sets that are created as LBI.
