Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IMS HP Image Copy can not create an     *
  *                      batch image copy data set if the input  *
  *                      database is an empty index database.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  IMS HP Image Copy does not handle an empty index database data
  set with error msg DFS301A UNABLE TO OPEN DDNAME ( MSGDFS301A )
  when batch image copy process is scheduled. Image Copy function
  of IMS HP Image Copy should handle it as same as IMS Image Copy
  utility.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS HP Image Copy create an image copy data set and it is ended
  with RC=00 even if the input index database data set is empty
  and it is not initialized by the database initial load.
  
  Following macros have been modified to handle empty index
  database:
  FABJDFCN, FABJDPSN, FABJFCDN
  
  Macro FABUITCT has been modified to keep new flag information.
  
  Following modules have been re-assembled:
  FABJDFCA, FABJDFCB, FABJDFC2, FABJDFC3, FABJDFC9,
  FABJDPSA, FABJDPSB, FABJDPS2, FABJDPS3, FABJDPS9,
  FABJFCDA, FABJFCDB, FABJFCD2, FABJFCD3, FABJFCD9
