  *                 Online Reorganization Facility of IMS        *
  *                 Database Solution Pack for z/OS Version 2    *
  *                 Release 2 ( 5655-DSP, FMID=HHRF110 ).        *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR is the corresponding to       *
  *                      PI89635 of IMS Online Reorganization    *
  *                      Facility (ORF) of IMS Database Solution *
  *                      Pack for z/OS Version 2 Release 2 which *
  *                      supports HALDB Partitioned Secondary    *
  *                      Index(PSINDEX).                         *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Also, this APAR fixes the following     *
  *                      problems:                               *
  *                      - When RESTART=(Y,HASH) and HASH check  *
  *                        option (HDPC=Y|O) are requested       *
  *                        without DB Sensor (SENSOR=N) in the   *
  *                        stand-alone process of IMS HP Image   *
  *                        Copy and one of the following         *
  *                        conditions is met, PSINDEX that is    *
  *                        processed successfully is regarded as *
  *                        restart target database.              *
  *                        - Image copy data set creation is not *
  *                          requested (VIC=Y, HDPC=O,           *
  *                          ICOUT=%NO, or STACK=%NO) in the     *
  *                          process of non-Advanced Image Copy  *
  *                          Services (FASTIC=N).                *
  *                        - Image copy data set creation is not *
  *                          requested in the DUMP or FDUMP      *
  *                          process of Advanced Image Copy      *
  *                          Services                            *
  *                         (FASTIC=(,DUMP) or FASTIC=(,FDUMP)). *
  *                        - Concurrent Image Copy (CIC) with    *
  *                          FASTIC=N processes non-recoverable  *
  *                          PSINDEX.                            *
  *                        - CIC with FASTIC=(,DUMP) processes   *
  *                          non-recoverable PSINDEX.            *
  *                        - Image copy data set creation is not *
  *                          requested in the COPY process of    *
  *                          Advanced Image Copy Services        *
  *                          (FASTIC=(,COPY)) which uses EMC     *
  *                          TimeFinder(DATA_MOVER=EMCSNAP).     *
  *                        - For unformatted PSINDEX, only       *
  *                          primary image copy data set is      *
  *                          created in Fast Recovery image copy *
  *                          format in FASTIC=(,COPY) which uses *

  *                        - For unformatted PSINDEX, both       *
  *                          primary and secondary image copy    *
  *                          data set is created in Fast         *
  *                          Recovery image copy format          *

  *                          which uses DATA_MOVER=EMCSNAP.      *

  *                      - Although HASH check option does not   *
  *                        support PSINDEX, unnecessary message  *
  *                        and process status are printed.       *
  *                        - FABJ0217I NO DATABASE ERRORS WERE   *
  *                          DETECTED DURING THE HASH CHECK OF   *
  *                          partname PARTITION DATABASE.        *
  *                        - OK or CANCEL are set in HASH STATUS *
  *                          field of the Image Copy Process     *
  *                          Summary report.                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR is the corresponding to PI89635 of IMS Online
  Reorganization Facility (ORF) of IMS Database Solution Pack for
  z/OS Version 2 Release 2 which supports the HALDB Partitioned
  Secondary Index(PSINDEX).  This APAR enables to create Image
  Copy data set for PSINDEX in ORF.
  Also, this APAR fixes the following problems:
  - When RESTART=(Y,HASH) and HASH check option (HDPC=Y|O) are
    requested without DB Sensor(SENSOR=N) in the stand-alone
    process of IMS HP Image Copy and one of the following
    conditions is met, IMS HP Image Copy regards PSINDEX as
    restart target DBs due to illegal control.
    - Image copy data set creation is not requested (VIC=Y,
      HDPC=O, ICOUT=%NO, or STACK=%NO) in the process of
      non-Advanced Image Copy (FASTIC=N).
    - Image copy data set creation is not requested in the DUMP or
      FDUMP process of Advanced Image Copy Services(FASTIC=(,DUMP)
      or FASTIC=(,FDUMP)).
    - Concurrent Image Copy(CIC) with FASTIC=N processes
      non-recoverable PSINDEX.
    - CIC with FASTIC=(,DUMP) processes non-recoverable PSINDEX.
    - Image copy data set creation is not requested in the Copy
      process of Advanced Image Copy services (FASTIC=(,COPY))
      which uses EMC TimeFinder (DATA_MOVER=EMCSNAP).
    - For unformatted PSINDEX, only primary image copy data set
      is created in Fast Recovery image copy format (OFFLDTYPE=N)
      in FASTIC=(,COPY) which uses DATA_MOVER=EMCSNAP.
    - For unformatted PSINDEX, both primary and secondary image
      copy data set is created in Fast Recovery image copy format
      (OFFLDTYPE=S) in (FASTIC=(,COPY) )which uses
      DATA_MOVER=EMCSNAP.
  
  - Although HASH check option does not support PSINDEX, IMS HP
    Image Copy prints following unnecessary message and process
    status that relate to HASH check process:
    - FABJ0217I NO DATABASE ERRORS WERE DETECTED DURING THE HASH
      CHECK OF partname PARTITION DATABASE.
    - OK or CANCEL are set in HASH STATUS field of the Image Copy
      Process Summary report.
