When DBRC=N is requested at run time and DBRC=FORCE is defined in system definition, IMS HP Image Copy terminates due to the conflict of DBRC= specification. But IMS HP Image Copy does not access DBRC RECON data sets and should work as DBRC=N, when IMS HP Image Copy is scheduled by other IMS Tools.
Problem conclusion
IMS HP Image Copy bypasses the check logic for DBRC= parameter in the system definition, when it is scheduled by other IMS Tools.
