• When HPIC Recovery function fails dynamic allocation for the
  input image copy with DBRC CATDS enabled, HPIC will be
  changed to issue a message to report this.

  HPIC V4R1 Recovery function does not report an informational
  message for dynamic allocation error, when CATDS enables in DBRC
  but an input data set is not found in catalog.
  HPIC only reports a data set information for followed dynamic
  allocation which is done with VOLSER and UNIT information in
  DBRC.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDALC has been modified to report messages which describe
  that dynamic allocation is fail and retried, when CATDS enables
  in DBRC but an input data set is not found in catalog.
  
  FABJMSGC has been modified to add a informational message which
  describes that dynamic allocation is retried.
