Error description

• This APAR includes some retrofits from the APAR PQ96334 of
  HPIC V3R2. HPIC defects have to be retrofitted from HPIC V3R2
  to HPIC V3R1.

  HPIC Recovery function stops processing and ends with RC=08 when
  the update logs are registered in DBRC and both DBRC=Y and
  LOGUSE=N are specified in the ICEIN. Because HPIC internally
  behaves as if DBRC=N is specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDALC has been modified following things:
  -Not to use DUMMY parameter but to use the attributes of the
   real data set that is registered in DBRC for dynamic allocation
   of the update log data set when both DBRC=Y and LOGUSE=N are
   specified.
  
  -To specify the DEFER option for dynamic allocation of the
   update log data set when LOGUSE=N and DBRC=Y are specified.
  
  FABJRDB7, FABJRDB8, and FABJRDB9 have been modified to bypass
  the processes for the update log when LOGUSE=N is specified.
