• When process is FDUMP and SHDW_ERROR=STOP is requested, HPIC
  terminates all process if one of DB can not stopped by IMS
  command.

  HP Image Copy does not stop the processing of creating the
  shadow data set when all of the following conditions are
  satisfied:
  - FASTIC=(,FDUMP) and SHDW_ERROR=STOP are specified.
  - TOIAUTO=Y or TOIAUTO=O is specified.
  - The error occurs in processing for suspending the database
    using TOSI.
  
  The cause of this problem is that HP Image Copy does not check
  the error before HP Image Copy starts creation of the shadow
  data set by DFSMSdss COPY command.
