    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
    HPIC Recovery function issues message FABJ3821E ( MSGFABJ3821E )
and terminates with U3821 ( ABENDU3821 ), when the processed
database is registered as non-recoverable in DBRC.
Because HPIC ignores the flag in DBRC which identifies as a
non-recoverable database, and does not set RESTORE option on
    GENJCL.RECOV process.

Problem conclusion

  • FABJBLKD has been modified to add a new field for saving the
    authorization flag of DBRC.

FABJRCHK has been modified to save the authorization flag of
    DBRC to DBDS block.

FABJDBRC has been modified to use a new field of DBDS block for
checking whether the target database is non-recoverable or
    recoverable.

The following modules have been reassembled.
      FABJRCHA FABJRCH9 FABJRCH8 FABJRCH7
      FABJDBRA FABJDBR9 FABJDBR8 FABJDBR7
