Problem
A corrupted key database prevents the TEPS from starting
Symptom
When starting the TEPS from the CLI (<ITMHOME>/bin/itmcmd agent start cq), the following is seen:
Starting Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server ...
......
Eclipse Help Server was successfully started
KCIIN0198E Unable to start agent. Please, check log file.
In the TEPS RAS1 log file (<ITMHOME>/logs/*_cq_*-<##>.log), the following log entries are observed:
