    * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *

    Modules SDIUV80 and INFDB2XV were changed to fix the following
    cases:
    - TS defiled with MEMBER CLUSTER
    - TS with a page size of 8K and 16K
    The RPL used to open the LDS was also wrongly coded (no OPTCD)
    which might have unpredictable results. In addition a snapdump
    will be taken for diagnosis if an error occurs when reading the
    LDS that contains the tablespace or partition, if the
    ddname //SNAPFILE DD SYSOUT=* is allocated in the JCL.
