Error description

• Application Recovery Tool ( ART ) is failing when the accounting
  information for the job exceeds 24 characters. It also fails
  when a slash ( / ) or a hyphen ( - ) is in the accounting data.

  Batch job gets error message MSGIEFC618I :
  1 IEFC618I OPERAND FIELD DOES NOT TERMINATE IN COMMA OR BLANK
  when job card is truncated.
  

Local fix

• Remove slash (/) or hyphen (-) from job card if present.
  Limit accounting information to 24 characters.
  DEFACCNT member in DRMXCUST.

Problem conclusion

• - Clist DRMJOBCD was changed to fix this error
  - Skeleton DRMKJOBC was changed to allow longer accounting
  information. The maximum allowed length for DEFACCNT is now
  55 characters
