When print a module, attributes of non-English locale in a view sometimes might affect the output formatting.
This article presents ways programmatically to
1) list the locale for all attribute definitions with their locales in current module
2) list the locale for all attribute definitions with non-English locales in current module
3) change all non-English locales to English locales for all attribute definitions in current module
