Message "The Form XYZ needs to be updated" for one user, even when no changes made in data entry form, caused by invalid cache files

Troubleshooting


Problem

User A clicks 'Company - Data Entry - Reported values'. User A opens a form (for example "XYZ"). Form works successfully (no problem). User B access the same form (XYZ). User B receives error message indicating that the form needs processing. However, the form does not need updating. No other user is experiencing this problem
