Troubleshooting
Problem
If you're using the following Cognos Analytics client applications: Framework Manager, Cube Designer, and Transformer, the client configuration URI http://localhost:<port>/bi/v1/disp for Dispatcher URI for external applications (as shown in the following image) might produce a
DPR-ERR-2079 Firewall Security Rejection error during dynamic query mode/RDBMS import and query subject testing. 
To resolve the error, change the URI to: http://localhost:<port>/bi/api/soap, as shown in the following image.
