IJ25588: IPINTERFACESENSOR FAILED AS NETSTAT COMMAND DEPRECATED IN SLES 15.

Error description

• - IpInterfaceSensor uses "netstat --inet -nr" command to get
  kernel IP routing table from SLES(Suse Linux) device but since
  "netstat" has been deprecated from SLES15 onwards versions so
  this command gets failed which leads to sensor failure with
  below exception:

  command for SLES15 onwards versions if netstat command doesn't
