Error description

  • During operation of IDAA 7.5 or during an upgrade the message
    "201: Unhealthy component detected" may occur.
    If the message occurs while operating IDAA the use of the
    accelerator will not be impacted.
    In the context of an upgrade an occurrence of the message in the
    transfer log indicates a blocking of the upgrade.
    If you observe the message after transfer of an upgrade package,
    open a support case. IDAA support be will able to solve the
    issue without downtime of the accelerator.
    With IDAA 7.5 maintenance level 7.5.3 having been installed, the
    issue won't occur on future upgrades.
