OSAR Library errors 133,0,8 ,133,0,4 and 133,0,2 prevents accessing some documents on IBM FileNet Image Services

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users cannot retrieve some documents. Seeing the following errors in the Image Services elog file; error tuples 133,0,8 ,133,0,4 and 133,0,2 indicating hardware errors with the OSAR Library.

Symptom

  • OSAR Library says it is losing disks and not finding them.
  • Users stating that they cannot fetch some documents.
  • Error messages are seen in the elog about the OSAR Library and optical drives.

    Error tuples from the elog are:
    133,0,8 = Drive full
