Error description

• Issuing NETSTAT config command results in Abend and/or incorrect
  INTVAL display.

• Use correct message number and message catalog to fix
  Abend/INTVAL display.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the code to display the Netstat -f msg. Message catalog
  did not contain an appropriate message to display the INTVAL
  value. Both the display command and message catalog was altered
  to allow the correct  displaying of INTVAL value.
