Setting a cmisURI in the IBM CMIS 1.1 implementation returns invalid CMIS URLs

Troubleshooting

Problem

The IBM implementation of the Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) 1.1 standard does not select the correct cmisURI variable from the repository.properties file.

Symptom

The cmisURI property specifies the URL by which client applications access the IBM implementation of CMIS. Typically, this property is set if the proxy server settings cause IBM CMIS to produce invalid URLs. However, when using the CMIS 1.1 implementation, the cmisURI value is not picked up correctly from the repository.properties file and the calling application receives an invalid URL error.
