  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * This new function APAR provides                              *
  * updates to Db2 statistics traces to                          *
  * record per accelerator CP and zIIP                           *
  * consumption by asynchronous log reader                       *
  * tasks that are started by IBM                                *
  * Integrated Synchronization on IBM Db2                        *
  * Analytics Accelerator.                                       *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When Db2 tables are enabled for incremental updates using
  IBM Integrated Synchronization to IBM Db2 Analytics
  Accelerator, Db2 uses a statistics trace for IFCID 2 to collect
  data on CP and zIIP consumption during log record capture.
  For every started accelerator, the associated values are
  accumulated in data section Q8ST (fields Q8STLRCP, Q8STLRZI,
  and Q8STLRZE). CPU, zIIP, and zIIP on CP times are captured
  and represent the total time accumulated since Db2 or an
  accelerator has been started.
  Reporting CP and zIIP times per accelerator requires
  IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator for z/OS V7.5 with a maintenance
  level of 7.5.3 or higher.
