  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Expected channel initiator dumps are    *
  *                      not produced when an error is detected  *
  *                      in some circumstances.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  When the channel initiator detects an unexpected error condition
  it invokes CSQXDMPS to capture a dump for diagnostic purposes.
  An error in CSQXDMPS can cause this routine to fail silently
  depending on the contents of access registers, causing the dump
  to fail to be captured.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQXDMPS is changed to correctly capture the requested
  diagnostic dump.
