  • A prior ABEND or unrecoverable failure in the WLM for DSNUTILU
leaves the SYSIN data set allocated with incorrect DCB parms
causing any Loader jobs to fail with the following message,
HLOU5720I AQT20121E  The load request failed because the
following error occurred: "AQT10301E: An error occurred in
HLOU5720I  the SYSPROC.DSNUTILU service of your database
management system (DBMS). The return code is 8. The reason
HLOU5720I  code is . Additional diagnostic information:
'DSNU023I DSNUTILU - A WLM ENVIRONMENT FOR A UTILITIES STOR
HLOU5720I ED PROCEDURE USES A SYSIN DATA SET WITH
RECFM=VB LRECL=3204. THOSE DATA SET CHARACTERI
