Error description

  • Problem Summary:
In the Graphical Scheduler application, there are gaps in the
Craft availability, even though a work period exists. This is
caused by an issue in the API.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go to Calendar Application and Create a Calendar called Main
    2. Within Calendar Main, add 5 ELFT shifts;
    ELFT - A
    ELFT - B
    ELFT - C
    ELFT - D
    ELFT - E
    3. Click Define/Apply shift option, then Create the Shift
Pattern for each Shift above. They are all identical, except
    for their start dates
    4. Click Apply Shifts then click to apply shifts to selected
dates button then enter the start dates for each shift as
    below;
    ELFT - A 03 Feb 2020
    ELFT - B 13 Jan 2020
    ELFT - C 27 Jan 2020
    ELFT - D 06 Jan 2020
    ELFT - E 20 Jan 2020
    5. Create 5 Labor records, i.e ELFT - A, ELFT - B etc. and
associate each one to each shift with the same name
    6. Create the Craft Fitter and associate the 5 labor created in
    previous step with this craft
    7. Then Create a simple work order, with the Fitter craft
    associated to it
    8. Then go to Graphical Scheduling and create a schedule with
    this WO associated to it.
    9. Go to Gantt View tab and look at the graph. Resource
availability shows some gaps, even though there should not be
    any.

    Current Results:
There are gaps in the craft availability, where there should
not be as a work period exists.

    Expected Results:
There should be no gaps in the Craft availability.

    Reported in Version:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0
