Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * New feature that allows FTBs being                           *
  * created for selected set of indexes.                         *
  ****************************************************************

  Currently FTB creation is done through Db2 automation and there
  is no explicit way to influence the selection. At the moment,
  the acceptable values of INDEX_MEMORY_CONTROL zparm are AUTO,
  DISABLE, or 10 - 200000.
  A new value "SELECTED" will be added to enable FTB only for a
  small set of specific indexes. When this value is specified
  only the indexes from sysibm.sysindexcontrol table with the
  action "A" (Automatic FTB creation, this value already exists)
  are considered.
  The memory size limit for FTB can be specified after the
  "SELECTED" keyword.
  For example, INDEX_MEMORY_CONTROL=(SELECTED,15) means the
  indexes eligible for FTB are specified in SYSINDEXCONTROL and
  the storage limit is 15 MB. The second option would be accepted
  only in conjunction with SELECTED. It would be disallowed for
  INDEX_MEMORY_CONTROL = AUTO, DISABLE, or a numeric value.
