The SIP Container fails to parse a message when the size
exceeds 2048 bytes and double CRLF is sent prior to the message

Problem conclusion

The problem is fixed in the SIP container so when a SIP
message is sent after double CRLF, it's being parsed correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended
