IJ25627: WHEN TRYING TO GENERATE PM FORECAST FOR THE SECOND TIME, GET ERROR "BMXAA4214E"

Error description

• PROBLEM: When trying to generate PM forecast for the second
  time, get error "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred.
  Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather
  the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why
  the error occurred. null "
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1.Go to Asset application - Open an asset (eg.TESTASSET01)
  Click Meters Tab
  Add RUNHOURS
  Save
  Change Status to ACTIVE
  2.Go to PM application
  Create a PM (eg.1045)
  Add asset (TESTASSET01)
  In Frequency Tab - Meter Based Frequency
  Add meter : RUNHOURS
  Set Frequency : 5
  Change status to ACTIVE
  3.Go to Asset application - Open TESTASSET01
  Click Enter Meter Readings
  Set New Reading : 1
  Set Date: Today -7
  Ok
  Click Enter Meter Readings again
  Set New Reading : 3
  Set Date: Today -5
  Ok
  Click Enter Meter Readings again
  Set New Reading : 7
  Set Date: Today -3
  Ok
  Then, Average Units/Day will be 2.5 and Last Reading Date will
  be Today -3
  4.Go to PM application - Open 1045
  Click Generate Forecast
  ForeCast For Days : 10
  Ok
  Forecast is created successfully
  5.Click Generate Forecast again
  ForeCast For Days : 20
  Ok
  RESULTS: Get error "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred.
  Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather
  the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why
  the error occurred. null " in the screen.
  The systemerr.log shows below error:
  " java.lang.NullPointerException
   at psdi.app.pm.PM.checkSeason(PM.java:2253)
   at psdi.app.pm.PM.checkSeason(PM.java:2231)
