(and will be fatal in Perl 5.30), passed through in
regex;

DSH_TARGET_RC}:\n/ at /opt/ibm/sysmgt/dsm/pm/DSHCore.pm
line 524.

  • Customers scripts fail because unescaped left brace in regx is
deprecated in perl 5.28

Problem conclusion

  • Remove the left & right brace and just assign the variable
