Error description
ACL settings restrict file deletion ('rm' results in "Permission denied"). However, the content as well as the inode can still be removed by moving a new file over the old one.

Problem summary
When attempting to move or rename a file from a source to a destination, and the destination file already exists and has permissions set such that its deletion is not allowed, the move/rename operation wrongly ends up overwriting the destination file.
