After upgrading to 11.1.5 or higher, email Attachment Names contain a UTF-8 reference.

Troubleshooting


Problem

After an upgrade to 11.1.5 or higher, email attachments contain a 'utf-8" reference instead of accented characters.
In 11.1.7 the issue can be seen when using report views. 

Symptom

Special Characters are replaced with seemingly unintelligible encoded text like utf-8_Q_Dé
For example:
Attachment name: utf-8QDemonstra=C3=A7=C3=A3o.xlsx= instead of Demonstração.xlsx
Also, the following can be seen in the: Content-Type: application/octet-stream; instead of: Content-Type: application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet;
